The creators of Tampa party Web sites www.sohotampa.com and www.tampagold.com are hosting a party tonight at The Dog Saloon (formerly The Red Dog Saloon) on Bay to Bay in Tampa.  The fun starts at 7 p.m.  It’s free and for 21-plus partiers only.  If you plan to begin your night early this evening, this could be a good place to kick it off.
